A complete cross-laminated timber (CLT) manufacturing facility, along with a wide range of late-model woodworking and material handling equipment, will be sold through a timed online auction closing April 16, 2026, at 10 a.m. (CT). The equipment is located in St. Charles, Missouri, and bidding will take place online through Bidspotter.

The auction presents a unique opportunity for companies in the mass timber, construction, lumber processing, and wood manufacturing industries to acquire advanced CLT production equipment and supporting machinery. Cross-laminated timber has become an increasingly popular building material in recent years due to its sustainability, structural strength, and growing use in large commercial and residential construction projects. As a result, complete CLT manufacturing lines and specialized processing systems are in high demand.

Among the featured assets is a USNR hydraulic cross-laminated timber press, a key piece of equipment used in the production of structural CLT panels. Also included is a Hundegger PBA-D CNC gantry sawmill system designed for precision cutting and processing of timber components. Additional woodworking machinery available in the sale includes a Cantek GT-635ARD double surface planer, a Steinmann SATOS 32k double drum sander, and several Laguna machines such as a straight-line rip saw, vertical shaper, and vertical band saw.

The sale also features a large quantity of raw material and work-in-process inventory, providing buyers with immediate production resources. Supporting plant infrastructure and equipment are also available, including a Nederman NFP-S1000 dust collection system and a Kaeser CSD130T 100 HP rotary screw air compressor system.

Material handling equipment will also be offered, including a Combilift C8000 LPG side-loader forklift with 8,000-lb capacity and a Hyster 50XT LPG forklift rated at 4,600 lbs. These assets can support lumber handling, finished product movement, and general warehouse operations.

The auction provides an opportunity for manufacturers, lumber processors, and construction suppliers to acquire late-model CLT production equipment and supporting machinery in a single event. An 18% online buyer’s premium applies to purchases.

Interested bidders can review the full catalog and register to participate online prior to the auction closing date.
